Luk Chin-yu has always used her superpower of identifying lies for profit—until she meets Man Jo-wo, a genius composer from whom she cannot detect a single lie. Doubting her ability, Chin-yu approaches him repeatedly to test it, only to discover he is the stranger who helped her five years ago and is now a suspect in a missing girl case. After years of living in anonymity due to public disdain, everything changes when Chin-yu chooses to believe in Jo-wo's innocence and seeks to uncover the truth. As they grow closer, they develop unexpected feelings for each other; Chin-yu learns to trust again, while Jo-wo strives to reclaim a normal life.
